Terms & Conditions

Version v2 · Last updated: 24 July 2026 · Draft pending legal review

  1. 1

    The agreement

These terms govern access to Darify CRM by agencies, their team members and platform staff. Using the service means you accept them together with your agency’s order form and subscription agreement, which prevail on conflict.

  2. 2

    Licensing & eligibility

Agencies must hold a valid DED trade licence and RERA registration; agents and brokers must hold valid broker credentials. Darify verifies credentials with the Dubai Land Department and may refuse, suspend or revoke access where licensing lapses or verification fails.

  3. 3

    Accounts

Accounts are personal. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for promptly removing team members who leave your agency.

  4. 4

    Your data, your ownership

Leads, contacts, listings, deals and documents an agency enters remain the agency’s property. Darify processes them only to provide the service, as a processor acting on the agency’s instructions — the terms of that processing are set out in our Data Processing Agreement. Platform-level analytics are aggregated and anonymised. Because these records belong to the agency and not to any individual team member, closing a personal Darify account does not delete them; they are reassigned within the agency.

  5. 5

    KYC & verification documents

To verify an agency or an individual we collect identity and licensing documents — trade licence, Emirates ID (front and back), a live selfie used to confirm the ID belongs to you, broker cards and, for creators, a UAE digital-creator licence. These are stored in private, access-controlled storage, reviewed by authorised Darify verification staff, and processed by automated document-reading tools as described in the Privacy Policy. They are retained for the life of the account plus any statutory period, then erased.

  6. 6

    Acceptable use

No scraping, reselling or redistributing buyer contact data; no false listings or misleading permit information; no attempts to bypass verification, tenant isolation or payment flows; no unlawful, infringing or abusive content.

  7. 7

    Leads & payments

Campaign-generated buyer leads are offered under the routing rules shown in the product. Lead fees, payment links and card processing are handled through our payment provider; amounts are due as displayed at purchase and are non-refundable once buyer contact details are released, except where UAE law requires otherwise. An agency that receives buyer contact details becomes a controller of that data in its own right and is responsible for its own PDPL obligations toward that person.

  8. 8

    Subscriptions, packages & trials

Paid packages are billed in AED, monthly or annually, through our payment provider at the prices shown on the Plans & Pricing page. Each package carries the listing quotas, feature perks and AI-token allowance displayed at purchase; new agencies receive a free trial that includes a monthly AI-token allowance. Allowances refresh at the start of each month and unused amounts do not roll over. We may change packages and allowances prospectively with in-app notice.

  9. 9

    AI Studio

AI Studio answers from your own scoped CRM records and general knowledge. Its outputs are drafting and analysis assistance — not legal, financial or regulatory advice — and may contain errors; verify important details (permits, prices, contract terms) against the underlying record and with the DLD/RERA where it matters. Usage is metered in tokens against your plan or trial allowance. You must not use AI Studio to attempt to access data outside your agency or to generate unlawful or misleading content; queries are logged for security and metering.

  10. 10

    Creator marketplace & social connections

The influencer marketplace connects agencies with creator organisations; bookings and campaign terms are agreed between those parties, with Darify acting as the introduction and workflow platform. Creators warrant that profile and portfolio content is theirs to share and that self-reported audience figures are accurate. Connecting a social account grants Darify read-only access to your public profile (handle, audience count) via the platform’s API; you can disconnect at any time in the portal or revoke access at the platform. By connecting a YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms).

  11. 11

    Compliance responsibilities

Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, permits and client records and for their own PDPL obligations toward their clients. Darify’s verification assists but does not replace an agency’s regulatory duties.

  12. 12

    Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" during the current phase. Features may change; material changes and scheduled maintenance are announced in-app.

  13. 13

    Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Darify’s aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

  14. 14

    Termination & governing law

Either party may terminate per the subscription agreement. On termination an agency admin may export the agency’s data from Settings → Your data for 30 days, after which it is erased or anonymised per the Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the courts of Dubai. Contact: legal@darify.ae.
