Darify Developer Contract
Version v1 · Last updated: 24 July 2026
Sample text for demonstration. This is placeholder wording so the onboarding flow can be shown end to end. It is not the final agreement and should not be relied on — counsel's wording replaces it before launch.
This is the agreement between Darify and your development company, accepted during onboarding by someone authorised to bind it. It sets out who may use the developer portal, what a submitted project must be true about, why approval is a review and not an endorsement, and what happens on breach. It is accepted together with the Terms & Conditions and the Data Processing Agreement.
- 1
What you are agreeing to
This contract is between Darify FZ-LLC and your development company. By accepting it you confirm you are authorised to bind your company, that the details you provide during onboarding are true, and that you accept this contract together with the Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. Where your company has a signed order form or commercial agreement with Darify, that document prevails on conflict.
- 2
Who may use Darify as a developer
The developer portal is for licensed property developers operating in the UAE. Your company must hold a valid DED trade licence and be registered as a developer with the Dubai Land Department / RERA, and each project you submit must itself be registered, with an escrow account and advertising permits where the law requires them. We verify these details, and access depends on them staying valid.
- 3
What you may use it for
Presenting your own registered projects; submitting them to Darify for review and publication; managing the campaign leads generated on your projects; booking creators through the influencer marketplace; and running your in-house sales team. You may only submit projects your company owns or is lawfully mandated to sell, and only enter data you are entitled to hold.
- 4
Project truthfulness
Every claim in a submitted project must be accurate and current: launch prices, unit mix, payment plan, handover date, plan status, registration numbers and permit data. Do not submit a project that is not RERA/DLD registered, advertise inventory that is sold out as available, present render imagery as built reality where that is misleading, or publish permit numbers that are not valid for that project. If a material detail changes after approval — a delayed handover, a changed payment plan — update the project promptly.
- 5
Approval is a review, not an endorsement
Projects you submit are reviewed by Darify before they are published, and we may approve, reject with reasons, or ask for changes. Our approval is a moderation step — it does not transfer responsibility for the content to Darify, is not a verification of your project’s financial soundness, and is not an endorsement to buyers. Responsibility for the accuracy and legality of a published project stays with your company.
- 6
No rentals or brokerage
The developer portal is for your own off-plan and primary-market projects. Do not use it to conduct rental listings, third-party brokerage, or the resale of units you do not own — those are licensed-brokerage activities that belong to agency accounts. Attempting to run brokerage activity through a developer account is a serious breach of this contract.
- 7
Your team
Accounts you create for your in-house sales staff are for named individuals; each person works under their own login and their access ends when they leave your company. You are responsible for what your team does on the platform, including how they handle the personal data of the buyers whose leads you receive.
- 8
The people in your leads are not yours
Buyers whose details reach you through Darify campaigns have rights over that data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Once contact details are released to your company you become a controller of that data in your own right: you are responsible for having a lawful basis for further contact, for honouring do-not-contact requests, and for handling access, correction and deletion requests that reach you.
- 9
If you breach this contract
What we do depends on what happened. For most issues we will contact you first and give you a reasonable opportunity to put it right. Where a breach is serious, repeated, or presents a risk to buyers, to other users or to Darify — false project claims, unregistered projects, brokerage activity, misuse of buyer data — we may act immediately and without notice: unpublishing a project, restricting a feature, suspending individual accounts or your whole company, or terminating your agreement. Where UAE law requires us to report a matter to a competent authority, we will, and we may be prohibited from telling you that we have.
- 10
Your data if we suspend or you leave
Suspension does not delete your data. On termination, a company admin may export your project and lead records for 30 days, after which they are erased or anonymised in line with the Privacy Policy, except where UAE real-estate, anti-money-laundering or tax rules require longer retention. We do not withhold your data as leverage in a commercial dispute.
- 11
Changes, term and governing law
We may update this contract; material changes are notified in advance and we will ask you to accept the new version. This contract runs for as long as your company holds a Darify account. It is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the courts of Dubai. Questions: legal@darify.ae.
